VILLA DURAZZO

Italy Villa Durazzo is a 17th century Villa located in Santa Margherita, a very popular town along the Italian Riviera and perfect choice for a seaside wedding.

Once a fortified Castle built on the ruins of a Roman fortress, Villa Durazzo is nowadays an elegant wedding venue with an incredibly beautiful park which features exotic plants, marble statues and the stunning views of the Italian Rivera sea.

Inside the Villa has several halls, both on the ground and first floor, enriched by oil paintings and stucco works, marble floors and elegant chandeliers which provide your seaside wedding reception with that luxurious touch. The variety of rooms available allows you to plan a dynamic wedding even in case of bad weather.

The ground floor halls open up on the outside Terrace which, together with the beautiful park, can be set up for an outdoor Italian reception.

The Villa is owned by the local municipality, as such civil ceremonies are celebrated at the venue, as well as Protestant, Jewish and Symbolic weddings. Catholic weddings are held in the local Church, located a short walking distance from the Villa.

Villa Durazzo does not offer accommodation onsite but the local town of Santa Margherita has a variety of Hotels. Buzzing with bar and restaurants, this Italian Riviera destination is indeed a great setting for those seeking an elegant and fun seaside wedding.
